Living Like Animals

Right now, I am sure my ears are blocked due to the cold I have for the past 4 weeks.
Googled about remedies for ear congestion... found out that a lot had the same experience.
Blocked ears for 3 months...went for check up and found out it was due to eustachian tube glued together and many more worse cases I read.
WHAT EUSTACHIAN TUBE GLUED TOGETHER..?
OH MY GOD.. i am so scared now.
Tomorrow I'm flying to JB again to take care of my niece again..
How am i supposed to help myself?
I want to cry now...
